Maria Jimenez | Senior Session | Peachtree Ridge High School

Today blog post is another an EXCITING one!!! Maria has the best natural bubbly personality and I absolutely had so much fun photographing her senior session because she made my life a little bit easier with her posing skills. She had the best personality, style, and supportive FAMILY!! This made our session so much fun and easier.

During quarantine I posted my first Instagram senior giveaway because I know this season has been so difficult for Class of 2020 graduates. Maria was one of the winners of my first Instagram senior giveaway and she just recently graduated from Peachtree Ridge High School. We had the BEST time photographing her senior session, because she just being herself and she is having so much fun!

The day of Maria's senior session was a toasty 90 degree day with HIGH humidity and I was sweating like a pig, but Maria absolutely KILLED it!!! I didn’t understand how her hair and her make up still looked so good with the HUMIDITY! Hahaha!! But we had the best GLOWY light and I have so many favorites!

When I asked Maria if she can briefly walk me through her story during High school and how she got to where she is today. She responded. "High School was my time to truly figure myself out and find my passions. It wasn’t always the easiest times but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Growing up I wasn’t the most naturally brilliant child so I had to put hours of studying, hard work and dedication into getting good grades. At the end it was all worth it because those sleepless nights is what gave me the opportunity to be the first person in my family to go into a University. Although I would never imagined my senior year ending like this I can proudly say that “I made it”. This comment resinated with me in many ways.
